All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the sale is considered final.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion. However, we will always work to make things right in the following situations:
- Damaged items — If your book arrives with significant damage (torn pages, broken spine, water damage, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the damage.
- Wrong item sent — If you received a book different from what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
- Lost in transit — If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will investigate.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned via the same payment method used for your original purchase (PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle), typically within 3–5 business days.
