These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between the site operator, [Company Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and any person or entity that accesses or uses our website, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"). Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's agreements and policies; by checking out, users agree to be bound by Stripe's terms applicable to end customers and payment processing. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Users must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update information (e.g., email, address) so that we can complete transactions and contact users.

Taxes, shipping, refunds, and return policies are presented at checkout or in our published policies; by placing an order, users accept those terms.

Email Communications and Marketing

If a user provides an email address, we may send transactional messages (e.g., receipts, account notices) and, if permitted by law, marketing communications that include opt‑out instructions. Users can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any marketing email; opt‑outs are honored within 10 business days. Transactional emails may still be sent.

We may use third‑party email providers; we remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws for marketing emails, including clear identification and a valid physical mailing address.

Acceptable Use

Users must not: violate laws; infringe intellectual property; attempt to access non‑public areas; interfere with the Services; upload malware; or use the Services to send unauthorized commercial communications. We may investigate and pursue remedies for violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by the user for the purchase giving rise to the claim or one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the user's use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Changes to the Services and Terms

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and parties consent to jurisdiction and venue there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
